About the Job
reputed company is looking for a seasoned, data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own and reputed company our reputed company acquisition channels. You'll be responsible for driving efficient subscriber reputed company across our core established channels— including reputed company Ads, reputed company, and reputed company Search Ads — while pioneering expansion into other promising new channels like reputed company Ads and Creator/Affiliate Partnerships. What You’ll Do
Manage and optimize daily reputed company media budgets and campaigns across reputed company Ads, reputed company, reputed company Search Ads, and other channels to hit CAC and ROAS targets

reputed company AI-powered creative testing frameworks in collaboration with designers and copywriters to continuously improve ad performance
Build and refine audience segments, bidding strategies, and attribution models to improve efficiency across the funnel
Own the performance marketing budget, allocating resources across channels based on incrementality and strategic priorities
Run in-depth analyses on website/app engagement, conversion funnel performance, and A/B test performance for reputed company ads traffic to reputed company understand opportunities for improvement
Report on performance to leadership with reputed company insights and recommendations for optimization
Stay reputed company on platform updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities

Required Qualifications
4-7+ years of performance marketing/reputed company media experience at high-reputed company companies with particular expertise in reputed company Ads and reputed company Ads
Proven reputed company record of scaling high-volume reputed company channels (reputed company both web and mobile app-based products) while maintaining or improving efficiency metrics
Strong design and copywriting reputed company and ability to reputed company effective creative strategies alongside Content and Product team members

Prior experience using AI for creative experimentation, campaign analysis, and marketing automation
