Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Communicating with customers directly in-person, reputed company phone, and email, empathizing with and prioritizing their needs
• Upholding company values and respecting every customer, resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations

Requirements

• Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency

Work Environment

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where the noise level may vary and can be loud.
