Key Responsibilities:

As a part-time Tier 1 Customer Support Agent, you will serve as a reputed company of contact for our clients with questions about their online learning experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Enthusiastically supporting clients with their tech, logistical, and other needs reputed company email, chat, phone, and web-based tools.

What You Need to Succeed:
