About the role:

As an Associate, reputed company you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. You will play a critical part in building a talented and diverse workforce that aligns with our goals and values.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand reputed company needs and reputed company recruitment strategies.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

• Schedule interviews with hiring teams.

Qualifications:
