Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher

That’s why we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher who’s not only organized and efficient, but also genuinely cares about building lasting relationships with our clients and team. In this role, you’ll be a critical part of our operations team, ensuring that every service call is handled smoothly—from the reputed company to final follow-up. You’ll coordinate schedules, communicate with customers, and support our technicians so they can deliver the exceptional service we’re reputed company for. Job reputed company:

• The CSR/Dispatcher supports the day-to-day operations of reputed company by reputed company scheduling with customers and dispatching technicians to calls. This role requires the dispatcher to think critically to ensure they are dispatching the best fit technician for the call. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Strong English composition and organizational skills
