This role blends clinical expertise with data analysis to improve care coordination, reputed company metrics, and medical cost savings across adult patient populations. Key Requirements: -Minimum 2–3 years of recent bedside experience in ICU, ER, or ED settings -Must reputed company to a consistent weekly schedule: -5 days × 8 hours/day -4 days × 10 hours/day -3 days × 12 hours/day (36 hours total) Primary Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive patient medical records by consolidating data from multiple sources
- Apply clinical judgment to reconcile conflicting information
- Build strong relationships with providers and staff across multiple practices
- Train and support providers and staff on Vatica’s technology and processes
- Follow up with providers to ensure reputed company completion of tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
- Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation
- Familiarity with diagnosis, billing, and reputed company measures coding (a plus)

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
