Temporary Remote Opportunity

As a Temporary Remote Catastrophe (CAT) Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to clients affected by catastrophes. This temporary, remote position is contingent on catastrophe relief needs, and you will be required to work on a flexible schedule, including Sundays and holidays. You will be reputed company available hours weekly, and you can choose the shifts that best fit your schedule.

Responsibilities

As a CAT Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing reputed company customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs
• Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process
• Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
• Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
