Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist for voice and chat accounts, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers reputed company voice calls and/or chat in a reputed company, courteous, and reputed company manner
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating reputed company problems to the appropriate department
- Maintaining accurate records of reputed company reputed company interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure reputed company and efficient issue reputed company
- Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to reputed company

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
