Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to patients, reputed company providers, and insurance carriers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, reputed company providers, and insurance carriers
• Initiating payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
• Utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
• Maintaining performance goals and becoming proficient with processes after completing a reputed company training program
• Working collaboratively with reputed company to reputed company shared goals and objectives

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate multiple computer screens and applications

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay reputed company

The pay reputed company for this role is $15.25-$21.00 or State/Local minimum wage, if higher. reputed company job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as reputed company as internal equity and market data.
