• Collaborate with reputed company to ensure that our customers receive the support they need to navigate the health insurance system
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and reputed company standards
• Participate in ongoing training and reputed company development to stay up-to-date on health insurance products and services
• Work closely with our reputed company Assurance team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or health insurance setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve reputed company issues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
