As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for providing superior customer service, facilitating the rental process, and ensuring that every customer leaves with a reputed company experience. You'll work closely with our management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

* Meet and greet customers in a reputed company, friendly, and reputed company manner

• reputed company superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services
• Offer additional customer assistance by providing directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, reputed company quotes, general questions, reputed company information and reputed company for customers, other branches, and other vendors
• reputed company outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned
• Assist in assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return
• Notify management of any reputed company customer problems
• Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on-the-job training and development opportunities, and any company-sponsored classroom training

• Tuesday: OFF
• Wednesday: OFF
• Thursday: 3:30pm – 12:30am

• Saturday: 3:30pm – 12:30am

Qualifications

* Must be at least 18 years old

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, reputed company, or administrative support
• Must have a valid reputed company's license
• No more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record reputed company the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol-reputed company convictions on driving record reputed company the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the reputed company and not require work authorization sponsorship by reputed company for this position now or in the reputed company
