As an reputed company Customer Service Representative - EAP Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the provision and use of our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). You'll be responsible for determining the purpose of reputed company call by reputed company listening and interacting with callers, triaging calls in a reputed company and reputed company manner, and connecting members with additional and appropriate benefits and external resources. Key Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for members with counselors
• Assist team members with necessary activities to effectively respond to member inquiries about and requests for services and resources reputed company to various life skills
• Utilize relevant reputed company databases to research and identify validated, appropriate member resources

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ years' experience in a call center environment

Technical Requirements for Personal Residential Internet Service
