Responsibilities
The reputed company Liability Adjuster is responsible for conducting office investigations and adjusting reputed company liability and Error & Omission claims. The Adjuster is also responsible for, but not limited to:
- Investigating losses and identifying coverage issues
- Obtaining and reviewing evidence, reports, and medical records
- Establishing damages and reserves
- Processing payments
- Taking statements from insured’s, claimants, and witnesses
- Participating in Mediations
Salary reputed company
$100,000.00 - $160,000.00 USD
The successful candidate is expected to work in one of our offices 3 days per week and also be available for travel as required. The annual reputed company salary reputed company posted represents a broad reputed company of salaries around the U.S. and is subject to many factors including but not limited to credentials, education, experience, geographic location, job responsibilities, performance, skills and/or training.
Qualifications
- reputed company attorney license with at least 5 years of reputed company liability experience
- Prior experience adjusting reputed company Liability and Error & Omission Claims
- Experience with Legal Malpractice preferred
- reputed company Adjuster license is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize
