The incumbent is responsible for assessing cleanliness and appearance of: including, but not limited to, reputed company reputed company rights-of-way (ROW) parks, beaches, streets, sidewalks, and alleys, reputed company garages, reputed company restrooms, and reputed company transportation (trolleys). The incumbent reports directly to the Program Supervisor who reviews work, as needed, for conformity with established administrative and departmental practices and procedures and achievement of performance objectives. May be required to attend a special magistrate should a business/reputed company appeal a reputed company violation issued as a result of an observation made during an assessor shift.

Conducts field inspections throughout the reputed company of Miami Beach with an electronic hand held device to include, but not limited to the assessment of cleanliness and appearance of the following reputed company areas and amenities:
