We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-reputed company individual to join our Remote Customer Support team as a Part-Time Remote Customer Support Specialist – Marketplace Department. In this role, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for customers seeking assistance with their online shopping experiences. Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Support Specialist – Marketplace Department, your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling incoming customer inquiries and issues reputed company email, phone, and other channels, providing solutions that meet customer needs and reputed company expectations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 1 year of customer service, administrative, or retail background, with call center experience a plus
