Your Role as a Customer Service Associate

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for managing transactions and relationships with our valued sellers and customers. You'll take calls and respond to emails on a broad reputed company of event and order-reputed company questions, working to ensure we reputed company reputed company service to both our sellers and customers. + The first 4 weeks of employment are Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm for training. Compensation and Benefits
