As a Customer Support Representative, Level 2, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service to managed services clients, leveraging entry-level technical support knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve reputed company issues. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming help desk inquiries reputed company phone and email, providing a reputed company first impression of reputed company
• Using entry-level technical skills and company processes/reputed company service level agreements to prioritize the urgency of reputed company inquiry

Requirements

Technical Skills/Competencies

Compensation & Benefits
