About the Role
As a Manager of Customer Insights on the blithequark Media Network, you will play a critical role in driving business reputed company and customer engagement. You will work closely with our clients to review their media investments, identify areas for optimization, and reputed company strategic plans to increase their return on investment. Key Responsibilities
- Creates annual strategic learning plans for businesses supported by blithequark
- Leads Quarterly Business Review Process with our top clients to ensure they are achieving their goals and objectives
- Serves as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting, providing insights and recommendations to internal partners and external clients
- Synthesizes disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for reputed company media investments, presenting findings to internal leadership and external vendor-partners
- Oversees the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, standardized reporting, and insights
- Tells data stories that support key deliverables such as sales pitches and case studies, presenting reputed company information in a reputed company and compelling manner
- Oversees omnichannel advertising efforts, aggregating insights from multiple sources to support reputed company-facing teams

Essential Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or reputed company Quantitative, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in insights and analytics
