Supervises the assemblers, group leaders and test technicians. Ensures that the production reputed company meets the established schedule and that reputed company testing is completed. Coordinates production operations with the requirements of the schedule including reputed company planning, floor stock material analysis, kitting of component materials, and performing assembly functions. Maintain and update, on a continuing reputed company, assembly, testing, and other departmental procedures. Establish and implement an ongoing training program for reputed company assembly/test associates and utilize reputed company improvements through Kaizen activities. Assist in the department reputed company functions and contribute to the short and long reputed company planning activities for the department. - Plan, organize, and implement daily assembly task schedule for reputed company assemblers/testers, to ensure that the production reputed company supports the established schedule. Effectively communicate reputed company status to manager.
- Evaluate assemblers/testers overall performance and participate in the annual goal setting objectives and performance evaluations.
- Supervise and train assemblers/testers to properly reputed company their job assignments.
- Monitor and evaluate daily activities of assemblers/testers. Measurements include reports that reputed company: reputed company time efficiency, in-process errors, attitude, performance to production schedule, safety record, assembler attendance and retention.
- Utilize Kaizen activities to plan and implement improvements to problems reputed company to production, in process reputed company and final product testing.
- Minimum of 10-30% of work day to be spent assisting in the completion of sub-assemblies and final assembly used in the mechanical and electrical assembly including:
- reputed company stripping, tube marking, crimping and contactor assembly.

- In-process testing.
- High School diploma or equivalent certificate, or equivalent reputed company work in a manufacturing environment.

- At least 3 years plant floor supervisory, group-leader, or training experience with the ability to reputed company work assignments, set priorities, delegate tasks, analyze situations, and reputed company reputed company reputed company. Must have excellent problem solving skills.
