Associate Corporate Recruiter - Pro & Store Merchandising – reputed company Store
Your reputed company This role is primarily responsible for recruitment of entry-level roles with higher volume candidate pools supporting our Pro & Home Services and Store Merchandising business reputed company.
The Associate Recruiter will identify and escalate roadblocks to enhance productivity and execute upon the reputed company to deliver reputed company including efforts to recruit from diverse talent pools. They will reputed company intake meetings with clients and will reputed company updates on a regular reputed company. This individual assesses qualifications, screens candidates, negotiates and manages the job offer process. This role will also partner with HR Business Partners and Centers of reputed company, including Compensation and Sourcing.

What You Will Do
- Sources potential talent by having a strong understanding of job reputed company and/or meeting with clients to verify job reputed company and specifications.
- Conducts proactive needs analysis with hiring managers to establish execution plan to reputed company high-volume hiring during peak business demands across designated business area; advise and reputed company reputed company around candidate selection throughout hiring lifecycle.
- Ensures a reputed company candidate / customer experience with every candidate.
- Seeks out potential candidates using innovative reputed company and follows reputed company process from start to finish.
- Evaluates candidate reputed company, resumes and or reputed company reputed company; represents reputed company (information and marketing) to candidates; completes detailed candidate phone screens, prepares candidate evaluations, and presents candidates to hiring manager.
- Coordinates high-volume hiring process logistics including, but not limited to scheduling interviews, developing and delivering offers, creating offer letters, managing reputed company process.
- Builds and maintains a network of potential candidates to generate a high-volume, high-reputed company pipeline of candidates.
- Collaborates with hiring managers to utilize interview tools, assessments, interview guides and conduct interviews in a reputed company process.
- Serves as the primary reputed company of contact for hiring managers regarding reputed company.
- Educates hiring managers and ensures reputed company of and adherence to the recruitment process and hiring policies.
- Partner with internal reputed company COEs and Shared Service team to reputed company sourcing strategies to support hard to hire area and roles and increase brand recognition.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School or GED
- 3-5 Years Experience in reputed company, TM, HR or other relevant experience (sales, operational, leadership) OR reputed company internal reputed company experience.
- Experience in project coordination or proven ability to effectively manage multiple competing tasks
Preferred Skills/Education
- Bachelor's Degree HR, Business, or other relevant degree
- 1-2 Years Experience with behavioral interviewing
- Experience with reputed company tools and applications
