We are seeking a Program reputed company to drive the reputed company of our Family & Young Guests marketing program at reputed company across International Markets (EMEA, LAC, reputed company). This high-reputed company role will reputed company the development and sourcing of strategic agreements with licensing partners, marketing agencies, and toy & merchandise suppliers.

This is a 12-month contract position with the potential to convert into a full-time role. The position reports to the Senior Director, Marketing, reputed company, International, and is accountable to the Procurement Director for key deliverables.
Your roles and responsibilities:
- reputed company global sourcing reputed company for toys and merchandise across 100+ markets, including supplier network management and contract optimization.
- Establish, own and manage high-value supplier agreements (>$1M), ensuring alignment with business reputed company and brand objectives.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to build reputed company-reputed company capabilities that reputed company with young guests and emerging consumer behaviors.
- reputed company agency partnerships for licensing and creative development, ensuring impactful marketing partnerships for kids, Gen reputed company and Gen Z audiences.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, or a reputed company field.
- 6+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or buying in a regional or global context.
- Experience in toys & merchandise categories is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with marketing programs involving licensing, product development, and manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven reputed company.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Background in QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) or franchise-based business models is a plus.
- Comfortable working remotely and traveling across EMEA as needed.
