Instructional Designer - Remote

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, learning & development and a deep understanding of the skilled trades. This role involves creating engaging, effective training materials and programs that cater to technicians at various reputed company reputed company, ensuring our lessons are equipped with the knowledge and technical skills for reputed company in their fields. This position is remote, with moderate travel. Responsibilities of an Instructional Designer:
- Design and reputed company comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of skilled trade professionals.
- Apply adult learning theories to create engaging, accessible learning materials.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Utilize e-learning platforms reputed company tools to enhance remote learning experiences.
- Adapt training materials to meet the needs of learners with diverse backgrounds, including ESL learners.
- Continuously evaluate and update training programs based on feedback and merging industry trends.
Requirements of an Instructional Designer:
- Degree or Certifications in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education Technology, or a reputed company field.

- Experience in skilled trades a big plus.
- Proficiency in developing performance-based training programs.
