Job Title QDR Data Registry Coordinator-PRN Location Cleveland Facility Remote Location Department reputed company Data Registries-Clinical and Operational Improvement Job reputed company F99998 Shift Days Schedule 7:00am-3:30pm/9:00am-5:30pm Job reputed company Identifies patients for inclusion in Data Registries. Collects, validates and submits reliable clinical data to the Data Registries while analyzing the data and reports to identify opportunities for improvement. Job Details Responsibilities:
- Identifies patients for inclusion in Data Registries through the application of strict inclusion/exclusion reputed company and protocols.
- Collects and validates data for the program using the applicable reputed company and definitions established by the registry.
- Establishes and maintains adequate work reputed company for data collection.
- Ensures the accurate and reputed company submission of data into the program's website and assuring the reputed company of completed data according to the program's targets and deadlines.
- Analyzes the data and reports to identify opportunities for improvement.

Education:

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
Certifications:
