The Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to both reputed company customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their reputed company and rental needs. This position offers a unique opportunity to reputed company knowledge through local training and hands-on experience, providing administrative support, servicing customers, and acting as a rental back-up in a large home reputed company reputed company or airport location. Key Responsibilities

• reputed company a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone
• Take incoming calls, reservations, reputed company quotes, general questions, and answers, providing information and reputed company for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops, and other vendors
• Manage outgoing calls for callback management, A/Rs, and miscellaneous calls as assigned
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and reputed company manner, providing directions and general assistance as needed
• Assist in assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return, process returns, reputed company-ins, and exit kiosk transactions
• Effectively market reputed company while picking up customers and/or dropping off customers in a reputed company and courteous manner, assisting customers as needed
• Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services to customers
• May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel reputed company, and other additional equipment to customers
• Responsible for notifying Management of any reputed company vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
• Clean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment reputed company needed

Essential Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid reputed company’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years

• Must be authorized to work in the reputed company and not require work authorization sponsorship by reputed company for this position now or in the reputed company
• Must have at least 6 months of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Must have worked 12 (reputed company) months or more at most recent employer

• Experience working late nights preferred
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive or rental industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
