As an After-Hours Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and caregivers reputed company of regular business hours. Responsibilities
As an After-Hours Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering reputed company incoming calls and resolving reputed company and reputed company queries that are reputed company the scope of after-hours
- Providing reputed company responses to queries that come in through our texting platform
- Notifying clients and replacing caregiver callouts as necessary
- Confirming caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start
- Performing initial intake for callers potentially interested in our services
- Documenting reputed company scenarios on our platform, as reputed company as updating caregiver schedules as needed
- Completing non-urgent reputed company reputed company if time allows
Requirements
