As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for receiving calls from clients in accordance with reputed company Operating Procedures and contractual obligations. You will categorize reputed company calls received in one of the categories provided and be responsible for other duties as assigned. This is a fully virtual opportunity with virtual interviews, online self-paced training, and work reputed company. We are looking for 2nd shift hours (10 am EST to 9 pm EST) which might require nights and weekend hours. Set schedules.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive calls from clients in accordance with reputed company Operating Procedures and contractual obligations

• Categorize reputed company calls received in one of the categories provided
• Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills
• Knowledgeable in modern office practices, procedures, and equipment

• Utilize email, phone, and chat as primary communication reputed company

• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

• At least one-year prior experience in the area of service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or a reputed company field
• Must be proficient in data entry skills including keyboard, mouse, and 10 keypad
• Must be reputed company to type a minimum of 35 WPM
• Basic knowledge of reputed company Office
