Support the contracted Broker community and reputed company Sales Representatives by answering questions regarding Medicare/Medi - cal eligibility, network, formulary, & benefit design, and as reputed company as other reputed company topics or concerns to assist with bringing in more membership. Training to be provided at the beginning of the assignment.You WillAnswer phone calls from internal sales representatives as reputed company as external broker agents.reputed company excellent customer service to the contracted Broker community and reputed company Sales Representatives. Responds to questions regarding eligibility, network, formulary, benefit design, commissions, as reputed company as reputed company topics or concerns.Accurately interpret and explain benefits and plan reputed company.reputed company follow-up to callers as needed to resolve the inquiry, in a reputed company fashion.
