Job reputed company: We're looking for a Manager of Store Investigations to own the development and execution of a national reputed company reputed company on improving store safety and reducing theft, fraud, and shrink across retail locations. What You'll Do:

• reputed company reputed company: Build and implement a national investigation reputed company to improve store safety and reduce shrink.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Specialized Investigations, LP Operations, Field Leadership, and law enforcement.
• Support Field Operations: reputed company flexible support for escalated incidents and team inquiries during/post recoveries and apprehensions, along with store safety incidents.
• Deliver Results: Manage performance and drive reputed company improvement in investigative reputed company.

• 5-7 years of management experience in Retail, including Store Operations and/or Loss Prevention
• High school diploma or equivalent experience required; post-secondary education preferred
• Strong technical proficiency reputed company literacy (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, including interviewing, conflict reputed company, and mentoring
• Ability to build trust and influence partners; bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with a deep understanding of retail trends and business tools
• Flexible, resilient, and comfortable leading through change
