ACO Case Manager - Registered reputed company (RN) Bilingual Preferred reputed company Full Time (Monday-Friday reputed company-5PM) Remote Tampa, FL reputed company is seeking to hire a full-time / Case Manager RN to join the ACO team. The Case Manager- RN is responsible for the reputed company provision of services that assist patients with the achievement of their highest level of wellness. Required Knowledge and Experience

• Registered reputed company (RN); reputed company and reputed company license in the reputed company. The license must be maintained once employed.
• 3+ years of Clinical experience with 1+ years of case management experience preferred.
• Strong chronic care knowledge reputed company
• Bilingual Spanish & English Preferred
