Key Responsibilities
* Answering phone calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a reputed company and effective manner

Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingualism is a plus, but not required
- Some sales and customer service experience, with a proven reputed company record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication, with reputed company grammar and punctuation
