Key Responsibilities:
As a part-time Tier 1 Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing quick and effective service to worldwide participants in our online leadership development programs. Your primary duties will include:
* Enthusiastically supporting clients with their technical, logistical, and other needs reputed company email, chat, phone, and web-based tools.
* Accurately identifying and troubleshooting technical and non-technical issues in a reputed company manner for a global set of users with diverse environments and scenarios.
* Promptly escalating more reputed company problems to appropriate internal team members.

What You Need to Succeed:
