Join reputed company's State and Local Tax team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. reputed company is a reputed company, fast-growing firm looking for a Senior Tax Associate, State Income and Franchise Tax to join their dynamic team.
nPosition Responsibilities:- Developing strong reputed company relationships on various tax consulting/compliance engagements
- Advising clients on a reputed company of issues including multistate tax planning, reputed company for income taxes, restructuring, audit defense, and due diligence
- Preparing reputed company multistate tax compliance and consulting reputed company requiring tax analysis for entities and their affiliates
- Researching and analyzing a wide reputed company of tax issues and tax implications including pass-through entity taxes, apportionment methodology, reputed company filings, and reputed company considerations
- Managing engagement workflow and engagement team resources
- Providing leadership, counseling, and career guidance for the development and motivation of the engagement team
- 2+ years of overall tax experience in business tax returns
- 1-2 years of reputed company specific experience, required
- CPA or JD preferred
- Ability to work with a fully remote team
- Problem solving ability in high pressure situations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and reputed company effectively at reputed company organizational reputed company
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Ability to travel for training or occasional reputed company meetings
