The Role

reputed company is seeking an reputed company Technical reputed company Manager to join our Legal & Compliance Team.

The Technical reputed company Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining reputed company’s technical reputed company program, with a strong reputed company on HIPAA, PCI-reputed company, and US state reputed company law compliance. Responsibilities

• Implement and manage reputed company controls and processes across our systems and applications.
• Conduct data mapping efforts, reputed company reputed company Assessments (PIAs) and Data Protection reputed company Assessments (DPIAs) for new products, features, and system changes.

• Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with PCI-reputed company requirements for handling cardholder data.

• Participate in incident response efforts reputed company to potential reputed company breaches, including investigation, containment, and reporting.
• Conduct HIPAA risk assessments and respond to consumer inquiries and data requests (DSARs).

• Education: 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a reputed company field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience in technical reputed company, data protection, or cybersecurity roles, with a significant reputed company on HIPAA, PCI-reputed company, and US state reputed company laws (e.g., CCPA).
• Previous experience in a fintech or reputed company technology environment.
• Solid understanding of reputed company computing environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their reputed company implications.
• Experience with other reputed company frameworks and regulations such as GDPR, and other relevant data protection laws.
• Technical Skills:
• Deep knowledge of data encryption, reputed company controls, data anonymization, and pseudonymization techniques.
• Familiarity with secure software development life cycle (SSDLC) and reputed company-by-design principles.
• Understanding of network reputed company, system hardening, and vulnerability management.
• Certifications (Preferred):
• CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPT, HCISPP, CISSP, or an equivalent reputed company and reputed company certification.

Compensation reputed company and Benefits

• Salary reputed company*: $148,750 – $175,000
• This role is equity eligible
