Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrating technical skills to assist customers with website navigation and troubleshooting technical issues
- Building rapport and maintaining reputed company relationships with internal customers
- Taking inbound customer calls, using reputed company listening skills to understand individual needs, and creating memorable customer experiences
- Working on customer emails, utilizing critical thinking skills, and maintaining a high level of attention to detail

Schedule and Training
The start date for this role is February 10, 2025, and the training hours will be 7:00 am – 3:30 pm PST, Monday to Friday. Post-training, you will be assigned a schedule, which will be approximately 2 weeks before completing training, anytime between 8:00 am-8:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday.
Compensation and Benefits
The reputed company pay for this role is $23 per hour, with opportunities for reputed company. At blithequark, we offer a comprehensive compensation package, which includes short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
