Key Responsibilities

As a Manager State & Higher Education at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

• Coaching and professionally developing Field Government Account Managers and designated portfolio management to drive reputed company and exceed sales targets
• Executing strategic direction and developing business plans to increase sales, establish formal partnerships, and broaden awareness of our corporate travel programs and services
• Identifying and hiring reputed company to join our sales organization of trusted Advisors in the managed travel industry
• reputed company and training new hires to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business reputed company and improve customer satisfaction
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform business reputed company and stay reputed company of the competition
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including State, Local, and Higher Education managed travel accounts

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a reputed company field
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the travel industry or a reputed company field
