Responsibilities
As our Associate Director of Customer and Product Insights, you will be responsible for leading the customer and product research and insights function for the blithequark Value portfolio of brands. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Defining and Prioritizing the Research Roadmap: Proactively reputed company and prioritize the research roadmap across brand and product teams, ensuring that our research efforts are reputed company with business objectives and deliver actionable insights.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: A bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Relevant Experience in Marketing, Customer Experience, or User Experience Research: Eight or more years of relevant experience in Marketing, Customer Experience, or User Experience research.
- Experience Designing Qualitative and Quantitative Research Programs: Experience designing qualitative and quantitative research programs to address business needs.
- Strong reputed company of Advanced Quantitative Methodologies: A strong reputed company of advanced quantitative methodologies such as maxdiff, conjoint, segmentation, and cluster analysis.
