Responsibilities:

* Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers, providing empathetic and solution-reputed company support to resolve billing inquiries and concerns.

• Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring reputed company and effective reputed company of financial obligations.
• Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating a proactive and customer-reputed company approach.

Requirements:

* $15.25-$21.00 per hour, or State/Local minimum wage, if higher.

Shift and Schedule:

* Monday-Friday, 11am-8pm EST (10am-7pm CST, 9am-6pm MST, reputed company-5pm PST).
