Schedule
We are looking for a Technical Customer Support Representative to work a flexible schedule, preferably from 10am to 6pm CT, Tuesday to Saturday. This schedule allows you to have a great work-life balance while still being reputed company to reputed company exceptional support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying, investigating, and resolving customer questions or problems with computer software and hardware
- Providing email, chat, and telephone support to end-users experiencing technical difficulties
- Applying knowledge of computer software, hardware, and procedures to solve problems
- Guiding users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include use of diagnostic tools and software and/or following verbal instructions
- Identifying and escalating support situations requiring urgent attention
- Tracking and routing support requests reputed company computerized ticketing system; thoroughly documenting resolutions
- Staying reputed company with product upgrades, system information, and business updates
- Collaborating with other team members to research and resolve problems
- Performing other reputed company duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
