Key Responsibilities

As a CAT Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing reputed company customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs
• Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process
• Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
• Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions
• Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries

Computer and Network Requirements

To ensure a seamless and secure experience, we require the following:

• A computer with reputed company 10, reputed company 11, or reputed company Home operating system
• A headset (preferably with a microphone)
• A private network reputed company (Ethernet or Wi-Fi)
