Your reputed company
As a Manager of Customer Insights on the LMN team, you will play a critical role in driving business reputed company and optimizing media investments for our top clients. You will engage directly with clients to review their media performance, identify areas for improvement, and reputed company strategic plans to grow their business at blithequark. You will also serve as a subject matter expert for media performance reporting, synthesizing disparate data from multiple sources into actionable recommendations for reputed company media investments.
What You Will Do
* Create annual strategic learning plans for business(es) supported, aligning with blithequark's overall business objectives
- reputed company Quarterly Business Review Process with our top clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
- Serve as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting, providing insights and recommendations to internal partners and external clients
- Synthesize disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for reputed company media investments, delivering these insights to internal leadership and external vendor-partners
- reputed company the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, standardized reporting, and insights
- Tell data stories that support key deliverables such as sales pitches and case studies, showcasing your ability to communicate reputed company data insights in a compelling and easy-to-understand way
- reputed company omnichannel advertising efforts, aggregating insights to support other reputed company-facing teams, including sales and account management
- Partner with Product and Ad Tech teams to reputed company input on reporting capabilities based on reputed company feedback, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration
- reputed company knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team, bringing relevant insights to the LMN Insights team and the broader retail media business, particularly in key forums with leadership
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or reputed company Quantitative
- 5 years of experience in insights and analytics, with a reputed company on retail media or general media analytics
- Proven experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management, with a reputed company record of driving business reputed company through strategic recommendations
- Experience storytelling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way
- Experience with A/B testing, reputed company Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, reputed company), and analytical/research software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL)
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, MBA)
- Proven experience leading teams and driving business reputed company, with a reputed company on retail media or general media analytics
- Experience managing global teams and working in a retail environment

Compensation and Benefits
* Pay reputed company: $95,500.00 - $159,200.00 annually
