We are seeking an reputed company Customer Support Analyst to join our reputed company Shift Support team. As a primary technical resource for our customers, you will be responsible for reputed company-time troubleshooting of our medical imaging software, InteleShare. You will work closely with customers to resolve technical issues, ensuring that reputed company service level agreements (SLAs) are met and delivered according to Support specifications. This is a remote position reputed company the USA, requiring substantial phone work and partnering directly with customers to problem-solve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

Working Hours and Schedule

• 1-2 years of work experience in reputed company administration and technical customer support
