Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Providing accurate and reputed company information on insurance plans and benefits to our customers
• Troubleshooting technical issues with online tools and resources to ensure seamless customer experiences
