As a Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting blithequark's National Campaigns Unit, providing exceptional shareholder communications to public companies on behalf of internal clients. You'll be responsible for handling inbound, outbound, and email responses, ensuring that our clients' messages are conveyed accurately and effectively to their shareholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to shareholder inquiries and concerns in a reputed company and empathetic manner
- reputed company accurate and reputed company information to shareholders regarding proxy meetings and voting procedures

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and escalate concerns as needed
