Key Responsibilities

As an External Support Engineer at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing technical support to content/external teams in regards to use of content tools, ensuring they have the resources and expertise they need to succeed.
• Creating reference materials and providing training to get external teams up to speed with the toolset, empowering them to work independently and reputed company.
• Solving and debugging possible issues with tools and workflows to quickly resolve issues for users, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
