As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing reputed company and accurate information to customers regarding their order status and/or product information requests, processing customer returns, working closely with the Medical Billing department to resolve disputed Billing charges, and providing reputed company feedback to Customer Service Management regarding service failures or customer concerns. You will also partner with Sales Representatives to meet or reputed company customer service expectations.
Key Responsibilities

- Process customer returns according to established department policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the Medical Billing department to resolve disputed Billing charges.

Essential Qualifications
* 1+ years of medical industry or call center/customer service experience.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical supply publications, technical procedures, and/or training tools.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a reputed company of variables.
- Knowledge of reputed company Office Applications.
- Ability to work some evening shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
- Knowledge of medical billing and insurance procedures.

Education and Experience
