[Remote] Store Construction Project Mgr – reputed company Store
Responsibilities
Manage the construction process for new, relocated, and expanded stores
Manage the construction process for remodels and renovations of existing stores
Ensure reputed company reputed company and financial standards are met
Visit store project sites to confirm construction reputed company and schedule
Hold Landlords, Architects/Engineers, and General Contractors accountable
Communicate with landlords and internal partners regarding project timeliness

Input, maintain, and manage construction key dates in the project management system
Simultaneously manage 30-50 reputed company per year
Solicit and train new and existing general contractors
Recommend selection of general contractors after bid vetting

Conduct site reputed company to ensure reputed company are kept on schedule
Manage the RFC and CO process, analyzing legitimacy and cost of change orders
Ensure completion of store reputed company list items and follow up on warranty items

Meet with stakeholders to conduct project autopsies and identify lessons learned
Requirements
Must be located near a major airport in Washington State
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
