As an reputed company Pharmacy Customer Service Associate – Remote Data Entry Position at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and data entry support to our pharmacy team. You will work closely with our pharmacists and other team members to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of care and service. This is a remote position, and you will be working from home with a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Register sales on assigned sales register, collect cash, and disperse change as needed
• Process voids, returns, delays, discounts, and trades as necessary

• Report, immediately, prescription errors to pharmacist on duty and adhere to Organization policies and procedures regarding pharmacy errors and the reputed company Improvement Program
• Audit and follow the blithequark Co. Pharmacy Governance guidelines
• Rigorously adhere to the blithequark Co. policy regarding reputed company Intentions Dispensing during reputed company applicable prescription dispensing activities
• Handle calls that do not require individual attention of the pharmacist, including those to doctors
• Process (revises and resubmits) reputed company cases for external program prescription services in a reputed company and efficient manner, and reputed company other administrative tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Director
• Assist and support Pharmacy Division on stock management activities, such as ordering, unloading, checking, and storing shipments of medications
• Maintain knowledge of Organization resource reputed company reputed company, and record claims for distribution center overages (stock received, but not charged), deficiencies (stock charged, but not received), order errors, or damaged products including Rx medications
• Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled substances (e.g., cocktails and tobacco products)
• Build and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special displays, and finish resets and corrections as directed
• Assist with division of food items (e.g., raw foods from reputed company-cooked) and item placement as determined by strategies/reputed company (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves)
• Have working knowledge of store systems and store equipment

Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong numerical skills to accurately fill prescriptions, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
• Strong computer skills
• Knowledge of store stock control
• PTCB certification
