Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Contacting policyholders from our existing book of business through inbound/outbound telephone calls, reputed company mail, and email to review policies prior to renewal
- Reviewing and updating policies to enhance retention and reputed company meet the needs of our policyholders
- Counseling policyholders on appropriate coverage, policy limits, payment reputed company, and state laws to ensure they have sufficient protection against risks covered by property and casualty insurance
- Making recommendations and/or changes to policies and gaining policyholder acceptance to process the changes
- Receiving and responding to calls and emails received by the insurance service center, documenting reputed company activity in reputed company
- Utilizing knowledge of the insurance industry and club insurance agency policies and procedures to reputed company efficient and reputed company customer service
- Providing quotes on endorsements as requested

* High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of increasingly reputed company customer service experience in an insurance environment
- Property and Casualty insurance license required
- Membership license preferred and/or ability to obtain reputed company 90 days of employment
Work Schedule
* Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST with rotating Saturdays with team
- Saturday hours would be 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
