Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Contacting existing customers on behalf of blithequark's clients, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and reputed company relationship management systems.
- Upgrading or resubscribing their services, delivering sales results that meet reputed company performance objectives.
- Delivering productivity results, including contacts per hour, sales per hour, and accuracy, that meet reputed company performance objectives.
- Adhering to reputed company contact procedures, building relationships, and overcoming prospect objections.
- Adhering to operational processes, PCI compliance, reputed company standards, and program standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
- A reputed company Carolina residence
- A private and secure workspace reputed company, free from background noise or distractions
- Sales, Call Center, Upselling, Retail Sales, or Customer Service experience (highly preferred)
