As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our reputed company and customer service teams to ensure reputed company delivery of our products, while also maintaining accurate records and adhering to environmental regulations. Key Responsibilities

- Accurately proportion cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures in batches to load trucks

- Ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulations
- Conduct daily inspections of the plant and complete maintenance and record keeping
- Work overtime during peak season to meet customer demands
- Modify duties and tasks as needed to meet company requirements
- Call customers in advance of late deliveries or delays in service

Education and/or Experience
